The cuisine at Marisol consists of both fresh meats & fish, abundant seasonal fruits and vegetables, all executed with a light, American interpretation of French and Asian techniques.  All entrees are verbalized by your waiter or waitress as they are served.

Just a few of our signature dishes are the Grilled South African Lobster Tail Ceviche, Black Garlic Cilantro Aioli, Chilled Marinated Rice Noodle Salad; Grilled Shrimp and Smoked Salmon BLT - grilled italian bread with basil, aioli, applewood smoked bacon, tomato and organic greens, and Carpaccio of Kobe Kobe Beef Tenderloin - hot sesame ginger soy vinagrette & sesame seed lavash.
