Marisol is buzzing because it's novel and someone's doing a very good job in the kitchen. But more importantly, in front of the open kitchen, the wait staff is not just personable but attentive and, above all else, professional. Marisol gets high marks in every category.
Marisol's restaurant represents the most complete fine dining experience in the Triad. The restaurant's staff has now learned how to maintain accessibility, that magic ingredient.
The name conjures images of sea and sun; of the south of France, perhaps. Marisol the restaurant may not be sun-washed or sea-drenched, but it comes pretty close to serving the best food around these parts.
